2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files downloaded to your device when you visit certain websites. They can store and retrieve information about browsing habits of a user or their equipment.

This policy also covers similar technologies (such as localStorage, sessionStorage or tags/pixels) when used for purposes equivalent to cookies.

Cookies may be first-party (set by ENBRA) or third-party (set by another domain, e.g. Google), and session or persistent depending on their lifetime.

3. Legal basis and consent

Strictly necessary cookies rely on legitimate interest and/or the need to provide the requested service; they do not require prior consent under applicable ePrivacy guidance.

Analytics, marketing and non-essential preference cookies are activated only after your prior consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a), which you may give, configure or withdraw at any time via the banner or preferences panel.

Until you accept non-essential cookies, we do not load Google Tag Manager (GTM-M4RCJZZ9) or related analytics/marketing tags.

  • You may accept all categories, reject non-essential cookies, or configure them by type.
  • You may withdraw or change consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block browsing; it only limits measurement and personalisation.

4. Cookie categories we use

We classify cookies by purpose. The preferences panel mirrors these categories:

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to work and to remember your consent choice. Cannot be disabled in the panel.

Analytics

Help us measure site usage in aggregate via Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, only if you consent.

Marketing

May be used to measure campaigns or conversions if advertising tags are active in our GTM container, only with marketing consent.

Preferences

Reserved for non-essential UI settings. We currently do not set additional preference cookies beyond storing your consent.

5. Cookie and similar technology inventory

Listed marketing cookies may not always be active: they depend on tags configured in Google Tag Manager and on your consent. We will update this inventory if relevant cookies are added.

6. Recipients and international transfers

If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, usage data may be processed by providers outside the EEA, in particular Google LLC (United States) via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and, where applicable, Meta Platforms.

Such transfers rely, where applicable, on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards.

ENBRA does not sell your personal data.

7. Retention periods

Cookies are kept for the periods shown in the inventory. Consent and preferences remain in localStorage until you delete them, change them in the panel, or clear site data in your browser.

Aggregated analytics data are retained according to Google Analytics retention settings and our Privacy Policy.

8. How to manage or withdraw consent

You can change your decision at any time:

ENBRA cookie panel

Use the “Configure cookies” button on this page or the site cookie settings control to open the panel and accept, reject or adjust categories.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data

If you block all cookies in the browser, some site features (including remembering your own consent) may be affected. Strictly necessary cookies are required for proper operation.

9. Rights and further information

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights, and withdraw consent, by emailing hola@enbra.es with adequate identification.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect legal, technical or tooling changes (e.g. new GTM tags). The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.

Please review it periodically. For material changes we will reflect them on the site and, where required, ask for consent again.
